Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Project Manager/Business Analyst to join their team as a utility player. This role will be pivotal in assessing project statuses, establishing templates, and creating a repeatable structure for deliverables across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools, helping to remove roadblocks and drive successful project outcomes.
Duties:
- Evaluate and report on project statuses, providing regular updates to leadership
- Develop and implement templates and frameworks to streamline project delivery processes
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Manage the creation and maintenance of Gantt charts, timelines, and project documentation
- Facilitate meetings and steer discussions to keep projects on track, ensuring leaders have visibility into project progress
- Serve as a strong liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, minimizing the need for frequent check-in calls
- Work effectively in an 80/20 environment, engaging business stakeholders for critical input while executing project requirements independently
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and PowerBI to monitor progress and communicate updates
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in technical delivery and project management
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, PowerBI, Microsoft 365 Suite)
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Strong experience functioning as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Familiarity with Visio or Lucidchart
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
